This work focus on the creation of a better base system for a sun-umbrella, easy to transport, resistant, stable, easy to use, that articulates more than one use, more aesthetically pleasant and built according to environmental standards.
Although not all that were available have wanted to collaborate, it was possible to interview seven people in the format one-to-one and three others in group. Unfortunately, most have not been interviewed in its use environment. All identified as a need the transportability of the object, but the diversity of respondents allowed meet specific needs of each, such as, for example, the need for a product which is recoverable. It was possible to establish about forty user needs.
